Cancellation, Refund and Return Policies:
Shopcrazzy.com prime focus is on customer satisfaction and for that reason we believe in providing best customer service. However, it might happen that the customer may still find some product unsatisfactory for reasons beyond our control, in such case we follow a return or a cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy & Guidelines:
Cancellations will be taken into account or considered only if the request is made within 24-hours of placing an order. If you have received the product, it will be eligible for refund only when there are defects in the product or it is perished.
We do not accept cancellation orders or requests for perishable items like cakes, flowers etc. However, replacement or refund can be made if the customer finds that the quality of product received is not good but the customer need to inform us about the poor quality within 1 hr of the delivery for cakes and within 2 hrs for flowers.
We will refund the amount in the same form we received the payment and it is normally done within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Once refunded, an e-mail confirmation is sent to the customer about refund.
While receiving the order, if you notice that the product is in a bad condition or the packaging has been tampered, you can contact shopcrazzy.com customer care at +91 8418977999 or email us at email@example.com specifying your Order ID. Our customer care executives will ensure a brand new replacement with no additional cost. However, please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remains intact when you return the product to us.
Also, if you are not satisfied with the product and choose to return it to us, please ship it back within 24 hours of receiving the order. The product normally reaches our warehouse within 10 working days of the return; we will check the returned goods and process a refund or exchange thereafter.
Products shall not be returned or refunded in case of following reasons:
Any product with physical damage caused to the box or to the product shall not be returned.
Any product without original packaging and accessories, such as the retail box, and other items included in the box at the time of delivery; any product without a suitable, clear, untampered serial number shall not be returned.
In case of flowers and cakes we will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address / recipient not available / premises locked, the customer will be charged for the order.
